In general, we act as catalysts for change by providing the resources of our strong teams, while investing capital into each business that have reached their development goals, becoming a standalone business unit under the TMG umbrella. Our sourcing and engineering development expertise and subcontracts resources allow us to be flexible in investment structure and size. We have taken smaller companies, improved or redesigned products with Higher Quality standards and improve production cost in order to bring our products to market for the individual business units allowing them the fredom to focus on market segments and future products to enhance the business with agregate growth. The smaller, individual business approach allows for flexibility while affording TMG management to consider a wide-range of opportunities, so we can find the optimal investments for the benefit of the businesses we invest in as well as our investment partners.
